The Cottage

A full renovation scheme to a redundant cottage, included a large double storey extension at the rear, new windows and doors. Internal alterations included new fitted kitchen, bathroom, feature fireplace, underfloor heating and ceramic tiling.

Mottram Drive

Double storey side extension, with garage extending the kitchen.
We returned 2 years later to remove old UPVC conservatory and replace with feature sun room with bi-fold doors and new driveway in feature block paving.

Sheridon Barn

Full barn conversion from start to completion, to make a 4 bedroom dwelling.
Works included a full scheme of ground works with new septic tank, driveway and detached double garage. Internal works included removal of all old cow stalls and milking equipment before transforming into dwelling with 3 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms on split levels.

Sandicroft House

Ongoing modernisation works to a very large dated interior to bring a contemporary design/layout throughout including a new oak orangery linked to a new bespoke handmade kitchen with marble floors. A large utility room again with marble floors. Modernisation of bedrooms together with new bathrooms and wet room.

Yew Tree Barn

Ongoing barn conversion approximately 4000sq ft, including a full scheme of ground works, landscaping and renovation works. Underfloor heating to both levels, oak staircases, glass floors, handmade kitchen and feature fireplace.
One of our first developments to offer a complete Biomass heating and hot water system to receive accreditation from Government funding.

Yew Tree Farm

Ongoing project of 16th Century derelict listed building to return it to its former glory. New and repaired oak structure, together with sympathetic approach internally to retain as many features of the 16th Century as possible. 

Warren Height

New patio and garden walls. Starting with ground preparation for new slate paving and excavation for new garden walls. Walls and garden steps built from reclaimed materials together with large paved areas in natural slate.
